Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Analyst (Financial Analyst)

Responsibilities:

• Model Development and Maintenance:
  • Design configure and support business requirements in Workday Adaptive planning for RSM model.
  • Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning to conduct annual financial plan quarterly rolling forecasts and long-range planning models.
• System Administration & Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and administration for the Adaptive Planning environment.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain dynamic reports dashboards and visualizations within Adaptive Planning to deliver actionable insights to finance and business leaders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as the need arises.
  • Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards within Workday Adaptive Planning to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Data Integration and Management
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Adaptive Planning by developing and managing data integrations from various source systems.
• Process Optimization:
  • Find opportunities to improve and streamline existing financial planning processes through automation and improved model design within Adaptive Planning.
  • Know the latest with Adaptive Planning standard processes new features and industry trends to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our planning solutions

Basic Qualification

• 5 years of overall experience in enterprise financial systems or FP&A environments.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools.
• Strong understanding of financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience with Workday Financials or Workday HCM.
• Experience with enterprise data and reporting tools such as Power BI Tableau or SQL.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Other Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical customers.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Workday Adaptive Planning Certification a plus.
