Location: PAN INDIA Responsibilities: Design develop and deploy customized Workday Extend applications to support evolving business needs Create maintain and consume REST and SOAP web services for secure and efficient system integrations Collaborate with business analysts solution architects and developers to gather analyze and implement functional requirements Perform unit testing participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks Monitor application performance identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues related to Workday Extend applications and integrations Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes configurations and API specifications Stay current with new Workday Extend features updates and emerging web service technologies Requirements 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Workday Extend development and integration Proven expertise in designing and implementing REST and SOAP web services Strong understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning and its integration capabilities Experience with application lifecycle management version control and CI/CD practices Proficiency in XML JSON and data transformation techniques Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
