THE ROLE

This Associate Chiropractor role is for a clinician who wants to practice excellent chiropractic care work within a collaborative rehab-based model and grow inside a teaching environment.

You ll treat patients contribute to outcomes and be supported through a structured onboarding process that prioritizes confidence competence and consistency not speed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform chiropractic adjustments and exams with confidence and consistency

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on care plans progress and long-term wellness strategies
Collaborate with rehab staff on integrated care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in team meetings mentorship and ongoing learning
Uphold Whole Body Health standards for patient-first ethical care

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

3 7 years of hands-on adjusting experience in clinical practice
Strong rehab-minded philosophy and appreciation for integrated care
Patient-first mindset quality over volume always
Collaborative by nature; enjoys working within a team
Efficient organized and proactive ( walks fast both literally and mentally)
Open to mentorship feedback and continuous improvement Values education for themselves and their patients

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary: $85000

Bonus Structure: 20% of collections over $75000/month

Expected Earnings: $100000 annually

Monthly Equivalent: $7083

40 hours PTO at 6 months
