Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate (Real Estate Litigation)

Compensation: $200000 $215000 annually (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate with significant experience in real estate litigation. The role focuses primarily on real estate disputes while

also supporting broader business litigation matters. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment delivering sophisticated legal

services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and detailed case analysis to support litigation strategies

• Draft pleadings motions discovery requests and other litigation documents

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution with minimal supervision

• Prepare for and participate in hearings settlement negotiations and trials

• Develop litigation strategies and provide recommendations on case direction

• Collaborate with attorneys across litigation practice groups

• Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and court personnel

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active membership in the State Bar of California

• 6 years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate disputes

• Strong knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure Evidence Code Civil Code and Business & Professions Code

• Ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution

• Excellent legal writing research and analytical skills

• Strong written and oral communication abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Business or commercial litigation experience

• Experience handling complex real estate disputes

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience

• Ability to anticipate litigation issues and develop strategic solutions
