Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate Denver

Compensation: $165000 $190000 base (OTE $250000 $380000 with bonuses)
About the Role:
We are seeking a management-side Labor & Employment Associate to join our Denver office. This role offers a balanced mix of employment litigation and
advisory work for employers providing the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters including discrimination harassment retaliation wrongful
termination and wage & hour cases.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters including discrimination harassment retaliation wrongful termination and wage & hour disputes
-
Handle discovery processes including drafting and responding to discovery requests and conducting depositions
-
Draft pleadings motions and legal briefs
-
Prepare for hearings and represent clients before courts and administrative agencies such as the EEOC
-
Advise employers on federal state and local employment law compliance
-
Draft employment policies procedures and employee handbooks
-
Provide strategic employment law counsel to business clients
Required Qualifications:

3 5 years of labor and employment law experience
-
Management-side experience preferred
-
Strong litigation background including drafting pleadings and motions
-
Experience handling discovery and depositions
-
Active Colorado bar admission
