About the Role:
We are seeking a Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Associate to support sophisticated restructuring matters. The role focuses on creditor-side Chapter
11 work workouts restructuring negotiations distressed M&A support and related restructuring litigation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely
with finance and corporate deal teams in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Core Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings motions objections and filings for Chapter 11 matters

Analyze creditor rights liens priority adequate protection and plan treatment
-
Support negotiations in workouts forbearances amendments and restructuring term sheets
-
Coordinate with finance teams on credit document interpretation and secured creditor strategy
-
Assist with contested matters discovery and restructuring litigation
-
Prepare client updates timelines and restructuring strategy memos
Required Qualifications:

JD and active bar membership
-
2 6 years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience
-
Strong legal writing and drafting skills
-
Ability to work under fast deadlines and handle complex matters
-
Experience supporting Chapter 11 or restructuring matters
