Technology Analyst (BA)only on W2

Location: Kansas City MOonly Local

Visa: USC/GC

Contract: 12 Months Contract

Start Date: 2-3 weeks

Interview Process: One 45 60-minute panel interview

Required Skills & Experience

6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience writing business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to simplify complex systems and problems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented proactive adaptable and collaborative
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Experience with application lifecycle management tools
JIRA and Confluence experience preferred
Perform desk checks and ad hoc testing
Support QA and UAT efforts
Conduct post-deployment validation
