DPR Construction is seeking to fill the key role of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Technology Manager Enterprise VDC Technology at the Construction Technology - VDC Department. Reporting to the VDC FunctionalTechnology Lead the successful candidate will partner with the VDC Functional Technology lead and VDC Businesslead to ensure our business objectives are supported scalable measurable and adoptable by our enterprisetechnology solutions across DPR business units project sites and family of companies and implementedconsistently.

The role leads and owns enterprise VDC technology initiatives in partnership with VDC Construction Technologyand Data teams with accountability for delivery adoption and measurable outcomes across projects and individual should relish performing in a fast-paced team-oriented environment be a self-starter and be an out-of-the-box thinker who will fit with DPRs culture and share our Core Values.

Responsibilities

Translate VDC workgroup goals into prioritized enterprise VDC technology initiatives by defining scopeoutcomes key results and guiding principles in partnership with VDC leadership and subject matterexperts.
Act as a connective role between VDC practitioners and Construction Technology teams to ensuresolutions are usable trusted and sustained.
Partner with VDC and Construction Technology leadership to signal demand sequencing and capacityneeds for enterprise VDC technology initiatives supporting informed prioritization and deliveryplanning.
Own endtoend delivery of enterprise VDC technology initiatives including planning executionstakeholder communication and tracking of schedule resources adoption and outcomebasedmetrics.
Define and monitor adoption readiness and performance indicators to validate value realization ofVDC technology investments.
Lead endtoend platform lifecycle management including evaluation transition planning usermessaging and controlled sunsetting of VDC technology platforms.
Partner with Construction Technology and vendors to manage VDC technology vendors licensingrenewals and platform transitions in alignment with budget value realization and longtermsustainability.
Define and maintain clear service expectations for enterprise VDC technology platforms includingownership boundaries support models and escalation paths.
Maintain visibility into platform health operational readiness and adoption signals from a VDCbusiness perspective partnering with Construction Technology teams to address risks and ensurecontinuity.
Partner with VDC Construction Technology and Data & Development teams to define and uphold datagovernance standards aligning VDC data structures schemas metrics and reporting with enterprisegovernance and downstream requirements.
Ensure VDC technology platforms and data practices align with enterprise security privacy andcompliance standards partnering with appropriate IT and risk stakeholders as needed.
Support analytics and performance visibility by ensuring effective integration between VDC
applications hosting solutions and data platforms.
Design and lead scalable adoption and enablement modelsincluding training digital guidanceAIassisted support and documentationto drive consistent use of VDC workflows and accelerate theorganizations strategic areas of focus.
Write and maintain applicationrelated documentation including enduser instructions operatingprocedures knowledgebase articles and system reference documentation.
Create scalable administration and governance strategies for maintaining VDC technology stacks andshared resources.

Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working as a project manager or program manager within a largematrixed organization leading crossfunctional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience applying VDC technologies on different project scales including the use ofmodels and digital workflows to support coordination planning quantification scheduling orconstruction execution.
Experience managing enterprise or business technology initiatives including defining requirementscoordinating stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.
Deep technical understanding of Autodesk desktop and Construction Cloud technology stacks andtheir application across integrated construction workflows.
Strong understanding of preconstruction scheduling and construction operations; field experience isa plus.
Proven ability to understand complex business workflows and translate them into scalable
repeatable technical solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical operational andleadership audiences.
Demonstrated ability to identify risks manage dependencies and develop mitigation strategies incomplex delivery environments.
Selfstarter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in afastpaced collaborative environment.

Required Experience

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture Information Systems ora related field with an emphasis on technology or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 years of handson enterprise technology experience within the AEC industry
preferred.
