Financial Management
Lead and manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations
Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals
Monitor cash flow working capital and fund management
Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives
Accounting & Reporting
Ensure timely preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
Oversee general ledger accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
Finalize balance sheet P&L and MIS reports
Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards
Budgeting & Planning
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor budget vs actual performance
Provide variance analysis and recommendations
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with statutory laws taxation and regulatory requirements
Handle GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory filings
Coordinate internal and external audits
Implement internal financial controls and risk management practices
Team Management
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
Assign tasks and ensure productivity and accuracy
Develop SOPs and streamline financial processes
Business Support
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
Support investment planning funding and banking relationships
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities
