- Manage cash flow forecasting working capital optimization and capital allocation strategies to support business growth.
- Drive cost control initiatives and profitability analysis across product lines regions and channels.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA CA or CFA preferred.
- 25 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles preferably within the fashion retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record in financial planning forecasting and budgeting in a high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting compliance and internal controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI for financial modeling and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
