Job Summary
Job Description
Monitor & review production progress against deadline targets to ensure on time delivery.
Adjust the production schedule as required and communicate any change to delivery date with the customer
accordingly.
Monitor & review manufacturing operations to ensure correct quality standards.
Ensure that all production related activity is time and cost efficient / effective.
Ensure all plant and equipment is maintained & repaired.
Ensure all legal requirements company safety procedures and local and state health and safety regulations are met.
Train the employees to improve the Multitasking level
Train the employees to meet Legrand way of Production system
Updating the KPI targets and taking corrective action to meet the target
Preparing the Standard Operating Procedure and ensure to adhere the procedure.
Motivating the Team to improve the number of Kaizen

Roles & Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities across the business
Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision strategy policies processes and procedures to aid and
improve business performance
Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in
terms of price quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the
market
Responsibility for production output product quality and on-time shipping
Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process
Take ownership of the manufacturing policy guidelines and any associated documents
Initiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processes
Ensure all legal requirements company safety procedures and local and state health and safety regulations are met.
Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit manage and develop plant staff
Bringing in the culture of Continuous improvement in Quality Productivity safety and Morale
Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision strategy policies processes and procedures to aid and
improve business performance
Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in
