About the Role:
Outwood Academy Ormesby seeks applications from outstanding leaders with the drive high expectations and commitment to sustain educational excellence. The successful candidate will bring highly effective leadership capacity to our senior leadership team working closely with the Principal to ensure our academy sustains its high expectations and continues to provide a high quality of education in a culture of inclusion and consistency that puts students first.
The role of Assistant Principal provides high level strategic and operational leadership. You will need strong
communication and interpersonal skills and an attention to detail to uphold the positive culture and ethos of our
academy. Our Assistant Principal must be a highly visible and credible leader with a strong commitment to
providing educational excellence inspiring engaging and enthusing staff children and our community in this vision.
