About the Role
The successful candidate will assist with site maintenance security and general operational duties.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
Ensuring buildings and grounds are safe clean and secure
Assisting with site setup for school events and activities
Monitoring building systems including heating lighting and security
Supporting health and safety procedures including fire safety checks
Liaising with contractors and external service providers as required
Reporting site issues to the Site Manager
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in facilities support caretaking or maintenance
Be confident using basic tools and equipment safely
Demonstrate reliability and practical problem-solving skills
Understand health and safety procedures
Be proactive and able to work independently
Possess good communication and teamwork skills
