Executive Support Assistant 9735 Temporary Contract/Secondment Opportunity to cover Maternity Leave for up to one year until April 2027 37 hours per week 31537 to 33699 per annum (Scale G) Wymondham
We are looking for a highly organised proactive person with outstanding communication skills and excellent attention to detail to join our Executive Support Service. This team provides executive assistance and administrative support to Senior Leaders across the Council including Executive Directors Lead and Departmental Directors the Chief Fire Officer and civic figurehead roles.
You will cover a maternity leave providing Executive Assistant support to the Chief Fire Officer of Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service. You should be confident and highly skilled at multi-tasking demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be capable of planning and managing busy work schedules. Excellent customer service should be delivered in all aspects of the role while consistently upholding the values of both the service and the council.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicants will receive full support and training from experienced managers and colleagues. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security clearance and vetting process.
