- Independently execute complex development tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
- Actively contribute to team discussions offering insights and innovative solutions to technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate on identifying and resolving application issues ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
- Support the documentation of application workflows processes and system configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards ensure maintainability and promote best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Solid understanding of IT service management processes and industry frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
- Demonstrated experience in application development configuration and customization within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript GlideScript or Server-Side Scripting).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot diagnose and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
