Roles and Responsibilities

Strong experience in ServiceNow development (3-6 years)
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting:
- Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions ACLs
Proven experience in GRC / IRM module (minimum 2 years)
Experience with UI Builder / Agent Workspace
Experience in Service Portal development (widgets pages AngularJS basics)
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and framework
Hands-on experience with Import Sets Transform Maps and data handling
Experience in update sets deployment and instance management
Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations in ServiceNow
Experience in testing (Unit Integration UAT support)
