Job Summary

ServiceNow Business Analyst - Level L10 or L9Key Responsibilities: Gather analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to translate business needs into clear functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize workflows processes and solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend best practices within the ServiceNow environment. Assist in the configuration of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBM and HRSD based on business requirements. Facilitate and participate in workshops presentations and meetings with business and technical teams. Support the testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and user needs. Provide training and user support to ensure smooth adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions proposing enhancements as needed to meet evolving business needs. Stay current on new ServiceNow features and functionality to advise business stakeholders on potential improvements or new Experience: Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM ITBM CSM and custom applications. Ability to translate business processes into ServiceNow solutions. Ability to analyze complex business requirements identify problems and propose innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Expertise in documenting functional and technical specifications use cases user stories and workflows. Experience creating detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and system requirements specifications (SRS). Familiarity with basic ServiceNow configuration (e.g. workflows service catalog notifications UI policies) to understand how solutions can be developed or customized. Experience in creating and executing test plans performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring ServiceNow solutions meet business expectations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies including creating and managing user stories participating in sprint planning and conducting retrospectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
