HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 9 years of proven expertise to lead and
manage all aspects of human resources . The candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR
functions including recruitment employee relations performance management training
compensation & benefits and compliance while driving an engaged and high-performance culture
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes along with the TA team
Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Mediate and resolve employee disputes and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
Oversee the performance appraisal process ensuring continuous feedback and development opportunities for employees.
Implement goal-setting processes and performance reviews in alignment with company objectives.
Identify training and development needs; design and deliver programs to foster growth and skill enhancement.
Implement in-house training programs and workshops to improve employee skill and performance.
Manage payroll processing salary reviews and employee benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to employee benefits and compensation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations including employee documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance and drive initiatives related to ISO standards POSH implementation and organisational certifications such as Great Place to Work(GPTW).
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with the companys goals and industry standards.
Handle daily HR operations and maintain employee records HR databases and reports.
Lead HR initiatives such as employee engagement retention strategies and wellness programs.
Track and analyse key HR metrics such as turnover absenteeism and employee satisfaction.
Present reports to leadership on HR performance and suggest improvements.
