Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GenAI Developer who can design and implement AI-powered solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features Generative AI integrations and workflow automation to enhance enterprise productivity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions within ServiceNow (Virtual Agent Now Assist AI Search)
Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) like OpenAI / Azure OpenAI with ServiceNow
Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM)
Build intelligent workflows using Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
Implement AI-driven chatbots and automation use cases
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
Ensure data security governance and compliance for AI solutions
Optimize and maintain AI models and workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development
Hands-on with:
- Now Assist (GenAI)
- Virtual Agent
- AI Search
Experience with REST APIs & IntegrationHub
Knowledge of LLMs / Generative AI concepts
Scripting skills: JavaScript Glide APIs
Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes
