An Operations Executive oversees daily business activities to ensure efficiency productivity and smooth workflow acting as a crucial link between departments. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics managing vendor relationships analyzing performance metrics to implement process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Streamline day-to-day operations and improve efficiency to reduce costs.
- Coordination: Act as a bridge between departments (e.g. sales logistics finance) to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track productivity.
- Vendor/Client Liaison: Manage relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in an operational role with strong project management skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
