Sales Development Representative (Female) B2B SaaS

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Female Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS product across India and Southeast Asian markets. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through research outbound calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Engage decision-makers and communicate the products value proposition
Set up qualified discovery calls for the sales team
Collaborate with Account Executives to support deal closures
Track and report sales metrics such as leads meetings and pipeline growth
Requirements
Requirements:
24 years of experience as an SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation role
B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking to senior stakeholders
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Proactive target-driven and well-organized
Exposure to fintech / data / AI domains is a plus
Knowledge of SEA markets or regional languages is an added advantage
