Job Summary

Position: Medical Representative
Experience: 2 5 Years
Location:- PCMC in Pune
Salary:- 5 To 6.5 lacs Max
Industry Preference: Dental / Medical Device / Healthcare Sales
Qualification: MBA / BBA / BPharma / BSc or equivalent Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and develop partner dental clinics
Build strong relationships with orthodontists and dentists
Conduct product presentations demos and training sessions
Support clinics in treatment adoption and case conversion
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Provide market insights and feedback

Skills Required:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Relationship management ability
Self-driven and ability to manage territory
Willingness to travel extensively

Hiring Process:
2 3 interview rounds
Includes a Zoom interview round to assess English proficiency especially for dental-facing roles
