Responsibilities:
- Issuing domestic and foreign sales invoices and completing documents in this regard
- Issuing corrective invoices for sales on the basis of complaints return documents and discounts
- Issuing proforma invoices
- Issuing advance invoices
- Posting and recording of accounts payable
- Monitoring of receivables and debt collection
- Control over the circulation of sales documentation
- Document archiving
- Contact with the client
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum secondary education preferably higher economics
- Practical knowledge of Excel applications
- Good organization of ones own work regularity reliability ability to think analytically
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level is a must
