About the Role

We are looking for an Operations & Order Management Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our electronics distribution business.

In this role you will manage incoming orders from distributors coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners and ensure that products move smoothly from order confirmation through to shipment. You will play a key role in keeping our order processing and supply chain operations organized and efficient.

What Youll Be Doing

Order Management

• Manage incoming orders from distributors and business partners

• Confirm order receipt and ensure timely processing

• Enter and maintain accurate order records in internal systems

• Maintain internal tracking of all active orders

Supplier Coordination

• Communicate order details to manufacturing and supply partners

• Monitor production timelines and follow up on order progress

• Ensure suppliers meet agreed timelines and requirements

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Arrange and monitor shipments to distribution partners

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and delivery notes

• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time

Operational Coordination

• Track the status of orders from placement to delivery

• Coordinate between distributors suppliers and logistics partners

• Identify potential delays and proactively resolve issues

Documentation & Process Management

• Maintain organized documentation for orders and shipments

• Support the improvement of operational processes and workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience working with electronics or hardware products

• Experience in B2B distribution

• Familiarity with supply chain or manufacturing coordination
