JOB OVERVIEW.
A reputable organization in the professional services industry is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team. The company enables businesses and entrepreneurs to focus on growth and innovation by taking care of administrative and operational tasks that would otherwise demand their time and attention. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue and business growth by managing the entire business development lifecycle from acquiring new clients to onboarding retention and renewals. RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls networking and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct basic underwriting screenings and assess client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients clearly and persuasively.
- Manage client onboarding follow-ups and retention activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales or business development experience is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic business tools is an added advantage.
