Job Summary

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our commercial strategy and solidify our position as a market leader in this pivotal role you will inspire a high-performing team to drive revenue growth cultivate strategic partnerships and expand our footprint across the corporate MICE and premium travel sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and lead the overarching sales strategy to achieve the hotels revenue and market share targets.

  • Lead mentor and performance-manage the sales team to ensure individual and departmental goals are met.

  • Build maintain and expand strong relationships with key corporate accounts travel management companies and event planners.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends competitor strategies and new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.


Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in hospitality sales with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving market share growth.

  • Established network of corporate travel industry and MICE contacts.

Skills:

  • Advanced negotiation presentation and closing skills.

  • Deep understanding of market trends competitor analysis and revenue management principles.

  • Strong mentoring and team-building capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
