Ensure the commercial success of a diverse range of Heavy-Duty Machines and Tyres Products and identifying new markets and business opportunities. Sells all heavy duty machines and Tyre products distributed by the organisation adhering to company procedures standards targets and margins depending on the priority given by the General Manager Sells maintenance contract and spare kits for the products in your portfolio Promotes the products in a professional and effective way. Supports strategy implemented for customer satisfaction advertising Care policy. Understands and makes note of customer requirements. Ensures that all vehicles sold are paid fully or according to agreed terms Follows and ascertains the payment of any sales. Verifies the good delivery of the products and customer satisfaction. Establishes the necessary file for any transaction. Creates and fills up the necessary prospect or customer sheet for implementation of the customer follow-up data processing system. Prospects and prioritizes customers during visits Reviews sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets. Maintains and develops good quality relationships with existing customers. Gathers market and customer information and report this information to the General Manager Always maintain confidentiality. Prepares weekly and monthly reports to management. Ensures proper usage monitoring and update of Iziflo to follow up prospects and sales. Performs any other related duties as assigned to you by the company. |
Education | A degree or a recognized qualification/certificate in marketing |
Experience | 3- 4 years relevant experience in Sales & Marketing or business development Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills A confident and determined approach Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection A high degree of self-motivation and ambition |
