What Youll Do
- Serve as theHR Business Partnerto senior leadership across India & MENA providing strategic guidance and hands-on support.
- Leadend-to-end talent acquisition including workforce planning employer branding and recruitment for key roles.
- Driveperformance management succession planning and employee development initiatives.
- Overseelearning & development programs including workshops leadership training and skill-building initiatives.
- ManageHR operations including payroll compliance policies and employee records ensuring accuracy and adherence to local regulations.
- Build and enhanceemployee engagement initiativesand company culture programs to foster a high-performing inclusive environment.
- Providedata-driven insightsand HR analytics to support business decision-making.
- Leadregional HR projects including organizational restructuring change management and HR technology implementations.
- Supportcross-functional initiativesand serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
Who You Are
- 8 years of HR experience withhands-on experience in fast-growing digital media tech or startup environments.
- Proven experience inHRBP Talent Acquisition L&D and full-cycle HR operations.
- Strongstakeholder management skillswith the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Knowledge ofmulti-country HR regulations(India & MENA) is a plus.
- Comfortable withambiguity and fast-paced change with a roll up your sleeves attitude.
- Excellentcommunication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- MBA in HR Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
