Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Cluster Manager - Home Loans (On-Roll)
Grade: On-Roll / Permanent

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and drive the Home Loan business for the Patna cluster. You will be responsible for leading a team achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with channels and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of sales executives/managers to drive Home Loan disbursements.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet cluster targets.

Monitor team performance and ensure high-quality lead conversion.

Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 6 to 10 years in Home Loan Sales (Team handling experience is a must).

Current Role: Must be working as a Cluster Manager Territory Manager or Senior ASM.

Target Companies: Candidates from HDFC Sales SBI Caps Securities or UBISL will be given high priority.

Salary (Budget): 9 Lakhs to 12 Lakhs PA.

Important Notes:
Salary Hike: 10% to 15% hike is applicable for candidates from HDFC Sales SBI Caps or UBISL.

NBFC Candidates: Candidates currently working in NBFCs should be open to joining on the same CTC or a slight CTC cut as per client policy.
