Job Summary

Required Attributes : MBA / MHA ( Hospital Management ) with minimum 5 years of experience into operations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Patient Experience :Ensure adequate employee rostering as per patient load.
Employee Management :Enable a positive work culture at the center.
Management Information System :Share the desired information about the center to the relevant stakeholders at corporate office.
Financial Impact:Ensure that all patients referred by the medical oncologist for financial counselling are properly explained about the financial charges for relevant procedures
Miscellaneous : Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
