What awaits you/ Job Profile	As a Functional Acoustic Engineer within the Engineering Intelligence unit at BMWTechWorks India you will play a key role in supporting BMWs vehicle development through advanced post-processing of raw data from functional acoustic measurements. Your work will focus on various vehicle acoustic systems such as door closing/opening window lifter wash water pump wiper systems tailgate roof panorama display electric charging flap seat adjusters rear shade and interior trim parts. You will use specialized software (Artemis) to analyze process and report on measurement data contributing directly to enhancing the acoustic quality and customer experience of BMW vehicles. What should you bring along	Strong background in acoustics with practical experience or academic knowledge Proficiency in English for effective communication within international teams Solid skills in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting Analytical mindset and attention to detail for precise data processing and interpretation
Must have technical skill	Experience or understanding of functional acoustic measurement post-processing Proficiency with Artemis software or similar tools for renaming cutting analysis report production and data export from HDF measurement files Fluent English language skills
Good to have Technical skills	Familiarity with vehicle acoustic systems such as door window wiper tailgate roof and interior trim acoustics Experience with RPM and modulation calculations for electric components such as seat adjusters and rear shades Knowledge of mechanical and ViSa door acoustic characteristics
