Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer – Process with a strong background in Oil & Gas process packages and estimation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical proposals reviewing RFQs performing process simulations and coordinating with vendors for bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review ITT/RFQ documents and identify required process packages.
- Perform process simulations using Aspen HYSYS or UniSim.
- Design and size equipment such as separators heat exchangers pumps columns and gas dehydration systems.
- Prepare process deliverables including PFDs P&IDs equipment datasheets line sizing and PSV sizing.
- Prepare and issue RFQs to vendors for equipment vessels valves and instruments.
- Follow up with vendors and review technical and commercial offers.
- Prepare technical clarifications deviations and bid documentation.
- Support bid review meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
- Update PFDs/P&IDs using AutoCAD or other 2D CAD tools.

Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas process engineering or proposal engineering.
- Strong experience with Aspen HYSYS / UniSim.
- Knowledge of Gas Dehydration Gas Sweetening Separators and Produced Water Treatment.
- Experience in estimation of skidded Oil & Gas process packages.
- Familiarity with standards such as API GPSA Shell DEP.
- Experience working with ADNOC PDO KOC Total ENI specifications is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or 2D CAD tools.
