Job Summary

Location: Ahmedabad Mumbai

Monitor proxy solutions respond to basic support requests and assist users with connectivity authentication or access issues under defined procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience

Experience - 1.5 years or more

A good knowledge of Authentication processes and Networking protocols

Strong troubleshooting skills across network and cloud connectivity

Ability to read and interpret English-language documents

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge about Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and other Zscaler features is preferred

Network/Firewall knowledge including reading traces from various network diagnostic tools (i.e. WireShark Fiddler etc.)

Experience with DLP is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Perform operational/maintenance activities on client infrastructures

Participate in architecture engineering design and deployment of proxy solutions (Zscaler Bluecoat Websense MacAfee Proxy and other such)

Working experience to define create and maintain proxy policies

Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of proxy issues

PCAP capture and analysis Configuring GRE Tunnels IPSec Tunnels NAT PAC files

Work on HTTP SSL SAML ADFS and proxy automatic configuration (PAC) files.

Follow best practices and interoperability when using PAC Files with Zscaler App PAC with GRE tunnels or IPSec Tunnels

Troubleshooting performance issues connection status errors ZPA authentication errors browser access error codes

Should be able to work with ISPs to troubleshoot link related issues.

Expected to work with multiple clients with different architectureconfiguration simultaneously.
