What will you do:â
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs from concept through implementation including scope definition planning budgeting estimation and execution.
- Build andmaintainclearprogramroadmaps schedules and milestone plans while managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.
- Define program scope measurable success criteria and key performance indicators tracking progress and driving accountability across stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering product design operations and business teams to define requirements estimate effort and proactively remove execution blockers.
- Identify assess and mitigate technical scope resource and timeline risks; implement structured risk management and escalation frameworks.
- Communicate program status trade-offs risks and decisions effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate prioritization and decision-making in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
- Analyze current-state processes define future-state solutions and guide structured change management and implementation efforts.
- Coordinate and drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives ensuring alignment resolving conflicts andmaintainingdelivery momentum.
- Serve as the central communication point for program teams and sponsors ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide mentorship and foster high-performing collaborative team dynamics.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives whererequired.
- Executeadditionalstrategic initiatives as assigned.
Whatwerelooking for:â
- 7 years of experience in technical program or project management within softwareproductdevelopment environments.
- Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across engineering product and business groups.
- Handson experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Azure DevOps MS Project Planner Visio or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex software development and deployment initiatives preferably in enterprise or cloud-based environments.
- Full software development lifecycle experience with exposure to Agile anditerativedelivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive programs from ideation through delivery managing scope risk dependencies and execution rigor.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in architecture and design discussions with engineering teams.
- Experienceoperatingin matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority.
- Demonstrated leadership capability including mentoring team members and driving accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
Bonus Points:
- PMI certification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile process.
Education:â
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree is preferred.â
