If youre excited to shape how the world works youll help build systems used daily across Microsoft Teams Zoom ServiceNow Zendesk GitHub and many more - deeply embedded where people get things done. Youll ship agentic capabilities on an open extensible stack with the craft and care required for enterprise trust as we bring Work AI to every employee in every company.- Manage and support U.S. employment-based immigration processes (H-1B O-1 J-1 OPT/STEM extensions) partnering closely with external immigration counsel and serving as the primary point of contact for employee immigration and work authorization matters
- Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration and benefits laws and company policies by maintaining accurate employee data documentation and reporting across HRIS and ticketing systems
- Build document and continuously improve SOPs workflows and policies to support scalable immigration global mobility and benefits operations
- Support U.S. benefits administration by partnering with external benefits administrators on open enrollment new hire setup and ongoing employee benefit inquiries
- 2 years of experience supporting U.S. immigration and benefits administration
- Working knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and U.S. benefits regulations
- Experience using HRIS platforms benefits systems and ticketing tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment independently manage multiple workstreams and confidently respond to a high volume of immigration-related questions
Location:
- This role is in SF/South Bay
- This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Mountain View office OR SF Bay Area offices)
Compensation & Benefits:
The standard base salary range for this position is $115000 - $125000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location level job-related knowledge skills and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation equity and benefits.
