Job Summary
As a Sr Product Manager -Tech in InTech you will work in finding scalable tech solutions to improve the Amazon experience in BR and MX.
Key job responsibilities
- Set the end to end vision for product in Latin America.
- Lead planning and execution of a product roadmap in Mexico and Brazil.
- Create Working Backwards documents detailing requirements and user stories for engineering.
- Manage tradeoffs between short-term wins and long-term strategic bets.
- Collaborate with Tax Compliance and Accounting teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
- Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and improve the experience.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
A day in the life
Collaborate with leaders in Mexico and Brazil to understand challenges and opportunities.
Work with central and local engineering teams to find solutions that improve customer experience.
Prepare documents to drive alignment on the product roadmap.

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
