Job Summary

To support this mission Syngentas Portfolio and Project Management Team is seeking a Latam Project Manager Coordinator in Mexico City.
Accountabilities:
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
- Researching information as required and analyzing data for project execution.
- To monitor progress and identify any issues and to make adjustment to the projects if neces-sary.
- Provide with project updates to stakeholders about strategy progress and manage stake-holder expectative.
- Lead meetings and to develop documents to monitor the projects.
- Coordinate with other project managers to monitor other projects executions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications :
- Academic level: Knowledge in biological sciences: agronomist biology or chemistry business administrator engineer with process skills.
- Specialization in project management (diploma masters degree certificate etc.)
- English: level B2 or C1 (written and verbal)
- 1-3 years in project management.
- Data science basic level
- AI tool.
- MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Critical thinking: planning analysis creativity and innovation.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Proactive flexible dynamic and adaptation capabilities negotiation skills.
- Learship and teamwork skills effective communication (written and verbal) persuasive.
- Work under pressure sense of urgency problem-solving skills.
- Good attitude and emotional Intelligence.
- Collaboration across boundaries.
