AIFM Portfolio Management, Junior Officer

What youll do

• Youll perform due diligence on investments analyze proposals within the framework and monitor portfolio development to ensure sound decision-making.
• Youll oversee advisors and delegated investment managers by tracking executed trades escalating findings to management and ensuring proper documentation of all activities.
• Youll collaborate closely with the IQ-EQ Portfolio Management Team supporting the preparation of materials for stakeholder meetings and contributing to effective communication.
• Youll leverage strong analytical and interpersonal skills being customer-oriented self-organized solution-driven and a convincing personality in delivering results.
• Youll embody our Group Values (Authentic Bold Collaborative) with an open mindset respectful behavior balanced personality personal interest in finance and a consistently positive attitude.

Qualifications :

• You hold a Masters degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification providing a strong academic foundation for the role.
• You bring initial experience in a similar position within a management company an AIFM in Luxembourg or the broader fund industry.
• You have practical exposure to the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds ensuring compliance and effective oversight.
• You demonstrate experience in portfolio review and collaboration with investment managers as well as working with third-party delegates and service providers.
• You are fluent in English and French with additional language skills considered an asset for effective communication in a multicultural environment.
