Senior Fund Accounting Officer Oversight

• Supervise and challenge thirdparty administrators on NAVs financial statements and capital account reporting. Review NAV packs financial statements prepared by thirdparty administrators.

• Perform analytical reviews identify anomalies and maintain clear defensible documentation.

• Coordinate with AIFM GCD Cosec auditors and internal teams to ensure timely accurate deliverables.

• Review PEspecific calculations (waterfall carried interest equalisation) and validate fee models.

• Strengthen oversight processes through control enhancements SOP updates and onboarding support.

Qualifications :

• 35 years experience in audit (PE/alternatives) or fund administration; audit is a strong advantage. Audit background is a strong advantage central to an Oversight role.

• Solid understanding of private equity mechanics Lux GAAP/IFRS and fund structures.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge outputs and document conclusions clearly.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

• Proactive detailoriented and comfortable coaching junior team members.
