Job Summary

Job Context:
Continuous caster in Mouda produces 20 kpta but the challenge is to produce 24 kpta. Since June2011 we are receiving 750 to 1000 Mt scrap per month from Taloja& Renukoot and the challenge is to consume this huge quantity of scrap keeping the hygiene and health of the equipment intact. Some of the products such as Foil stock fin stock demand very high level of quality and it is a challenge to produce by using proper management of these scraps.

New Furnace and metal cleanliness system have been introduced to produce best feedstock for Foil Mills.

Job Challenges:
Challenge is to train all employees and implement the practices of producing best quality foil stock
