Job Summary
Machine Operation: Operate automatic vial washing machines (Linear or Rotary) ensuring synchronized movement and water-pressure settings.
Utility Monitoring: Monitor and record the usage of WFI (Water for Injection) and Purified Water ensuring they meet required temperature and pressure specifications.
Cross-Contamination Control: Ensure vials are loaded correctly and that no dead spots exist in the washing cycle to maintain 100% cleanliness.
Sterile Loading: Coordinate the transfer of washed vials into the Tunnel Sterilizer (Depyrogenation Tunnel) for drying and sterilization.
Documentation: Accurately fill out Equipment Logbooks and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) noting start/end times and utility parameters.
Line Clearance & Cleaning: Perform thorough line clearance and Type A/B cleaning of the washing station and surroundings to maintain Grade D/C standards.
