An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its Antitrust practice in Dallas.

This role is well-suited for an associate with experience in antitrust counseling and litigation who is interested in complex competition matters high-stakes investigations and sophisticated advisory work within a nationally recognized practice.

The Role

The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of antitrust matters including merger review government investigations antitrust litigation and strategic counseling. The practice offers substantive responsibility exposure to cutting-edge competition issues and involvement in matters with significant business and regulatory impact.

Ideal Background

Prior experience in antitrust counseling and/or litigation
Exposure to merger review DOJ/FTC investigations or complex antitrust disputes
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
