Compensation: $225000 $275000 total compensation potential
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney to join a dynamic legal team. This role focuses on advising employers on complex employment law
matters and handling high-level litigation including class actions and PAGA matters.
Responsibilities:

Provide strategic counsel and representation in employment law litigation

Defend employers against FEHA and Title VII claims
-
Handle wage and hour disputes including class actions and PAGA matters
-
Represent clients in court arbitration and before administrative agencies such as EEOC CRD and DLSE
-
Handle trade secret and unfair competition disputes
-
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships
-
Participate in business development and contribute to practice growth

Present employment law trainings and seminars
-
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys
Qualifications:
-
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
-
Active membership in the State Bar of California
-
Minimum of 8 years of employment law litigation experience

Experience defending employers in FEHA Title VII wage & hour and PAGA matters

Strong litigation negotiation and analytical skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience representing clients before administrative agencies

Partial portable book of business

Experience supervising junior attorneys

Background advising employers on compliance and workforce strategy
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $175000 $225000
-
Total compensation potential: $225000 $275000 depending on production

Incentive compensation: 10% 20% of collected fees
