Litigation Attorney Houston
Location: Houston Texas
Job Type: Full Time Hybrid (1 2 days in office)
Compensation: $190000 $220000 base (OTE $285000 $440000 with bonuses)
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced defense-side Litigation Attorney to join our Houston office. This role involves managing a diverse caseload developing
litigation strategies and representing clients across a variety of legal matters.
Core Responsibilities:

Defend clients across all phases of litigation

Manage cases including health law premises defense and employment litigation matters
-
Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues
-
Draft and argue motions take and defend depositions and manage discovery processes
-
Lead case management from intake through trial preparation
-
Analyze complex legal and factual issues and provide guidance
-
Represent clients in hearings mediations and potentially first-chair trial roles
Required Qualifications:

7 years of post-JD litigation experience
-
Experience in defense-side litigation
-
Background in health law premises defense or employment litigation
-
Strong courtroom and motion practice experience
-
Ability to manage cases independently from pleadings through trial
-
Texas bar admission in good standing
