Responsibilities:
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at TeamViewer youll be a key player in ensuring the reliability scalability and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. Youll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform drive automation and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.
Build and maintain highly available scalable infrastructure for our global SaaS platform.
Deploy feature and maintenance releases.
Develop and enhance monitoring alerting and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability.
Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Participate in on-call rotations troubleshoot incidents and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.
Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering IT or equivalent practical experience.
3 years in SRE DevOps or software development roles.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus).
Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform Argo CD).
Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell).
Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL Postgres).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog Grafana Prometheus).
Understanding of distributed systems parallel programming and test automation.
Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices.
A proactive mindset eagerness to learn and strong collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
