Designation: Senior Manager Finance

Experience: 10 15 Years (CA/MBA preferred)

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad

Pay: Top of Market (Fixed Variable)
The Impact:

Strategic Planning: Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for global regions (APAC/EMEA/NA).

Advisory: Act as a CFO-partner to global business heads providing insights on cost optimization and revenue growth.

Transformation: Lead automation initiatives (PowerBI/Tableau) to reduce manual reporting by 40%.
The Profile:

Qualified CA/CPA or MBA from a Tier-1 institute.

10 years in FP&A with at least 4 years managing large teams in a GCC/MNC environment.

Exceptional storytelling skills with data-you dont just read spreadsheets; you explain what they mean for the business.
