About the Opportunity
A national and international asset management firm is seeking a Financial Investment Sales Executive to develop and manage relationships with high-income and affluent clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role focuses on selling investment opportunities and financial services within a highly supported performance-driven sales environment.
The position is well-suited for a proven sales professional with a strong track record in financial services or other complex high-value sales environments. The firm offers structured training ongoing mentorship and robust sales support to help top performers succeed and grow.
What Youll Be Doing
Develop and expand a portfolio of high-income and affluent client relationships
Present and sell investment products and financial services solutions
Build trust-based relationships through consultative needs-driven sales
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Leverage internal sales support research and marketing resources
Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm guidelines
Travel occasionally to support client and business development activities
Qualifications
Minimum of seven to twenty years of successful sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to affluent or high-income clients preferred
Background in wealth management banking investments medical capital or devices or business software strongly considered
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $175000 $250000 annually
Commission-based incentive structure
