Join our team as an Administrative Assistant for Sales and Marketing to provide vital support to Sales and Marketing by contributing to the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns assisting with design tasks and maintaining accurate sales and marketing data. This role plays a crucial part in driving brand awareness achieving goals and fostering company growth. While gaining hands-on experience in a sales & marketing environment learn marketing tools and techniques.
Responsibilities include researching sales and marketing strategies enhancing social media engagement implementing sales and marketing initiatives and supporting cross-functional team efforts. Traveling some to support sales and marketing department.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in creating sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities.
- Learn and utilize design tools to create high-quality marketing materials such as flyers brochures advertisements charts and presentations.
- Support initiatives including cross-selling cross-selling strategies referral programs retarget campaigns reputation management and sales and marketing partnerships.
- Assist in developing and executing digital sales and marketing to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Review current sales and marketing campaigns for areas to improve and propose creative solutions.
- Compile sales and marketing data in spreadsheets generating detailed reports and visual summaries for the Leadership team.
- Contribute to internal and external branding efforts by organizing incentive programs and challenges to enhance team collaboration and engagement.
- Collaborate with a supportive and creative team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; sales and marketing experience or training preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulation is a plus.
- Outside Sales Experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheet software and design tools.
- A proactive learner committed to personal and professional growth.
- Demonstrates accountability and responsibility in managing tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (710 years) and drug screening.
