Job Summary
EchoParkAutomotive is hiring a Financial Document Specialistfor our store located in Houston a Financial Document Specialist you will play a crucial role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete vehicle sales at our youre a self-sufficient resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-pacedfun environment then were looking for you. As a Document Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and timely executing the financial documentation process.
What Youll Do:
- Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
- Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
- Check all paperwork for correct title lien information taxes etc.
- Verify insurance trade payoffs and obtain deposits
- Work until closing a couple of shifts per week
What Were Looking For:
- Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail
- Experience in a retailenvironmentand retail hours (including Saturdays)
- Be transparent
