What Youll Do:

Conduct roof inspections and assess repair or replacement needs
Present roofing options and solutions to homeowners
Follow up quickly with company-provided leads referrals and inbound opportunities
Present financing and warranty options
Manage pipeline follow-ups and conversions in CRM
Coordinate with production and permitting teams after sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Generate additional leads through referrals and self-sourced opportunities.
Deliver dynamic company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
Maintain a professional and organized appearance including vehicle and sales materials.
Participate in sales meetings training sessions and trade shows.
Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts financing etc.) is properly completed.
